Private, in person lessons are available weekly in New Haven, CT, Westport, CT and Bennington, VT. Online private lessons are offered globally with professional streaming software and hardware. Guitar classes are offered at the CT State Community College at the Gateway (New Haven) campus and the Housatonic (Bridgeport) campus.

Daniel is a dedicated teacher who has instructed classical guitarists of all ages, and has raised adult beginners and children to advanced levels of playing.  He believes that patience, expertise and organized course of study help to realize students' potential at their own pace.  A certified teacher in the Suzuki Guitar Method for children, Daniel also works with the Royal Conservatory guitar curriculum and traditional 19th century methods.  His students have won 1st prizes in the Salisbury, Columbus State, and UT Dallas (3rd place) national youth guitar competitions and performed in master-classes for luminaries such as the Brasil Guitar Duo, Jorge Caballero, Thibault Cauvin, Rene Izquierdo, Michael Partington, and Benjamin Verdery. 

Beginning adult students interested in group instruction may choose between guitar classes with Daniel at Gateway Community College in New Haven or Housatonic Community College in Bridgeport. Senior citizens may register for these classes for free through a state tuition waiver. Adults may also choose to study with him privately from his home studios in New Haven, CT or Bennington, VT or register for a free trial lesson at the Suzuki Music School of Westport. Private lessons are also available at Gateway Community College on a limited basis.

Children near Fairfield County are also encouraged to sign up for a free trial lesson at SMSW or study with Daniel privately in New Haven, CT or Bennington, VT. Parents are expected to attend all lessons and are trained as active participants in their children’s musical development.
