Daniel is a dedicated teacher who has instructed classical guitarists of all ages, and has raised adult beginners and children to advanced levels of playing. He believes that his patience, expertise and organized course of study help to realize students' potential at their own pace. A certified teacher in the Suzuki Guitar Method for children, Daniel also works with Carlevaro and traditional 19th century methods. His students have performed in master-classes for luminaries such as Thibault Cauvin, the Brasil Guitar Duo, Jorge Caballero, Michael Partington and Rene Izquierdo.

Prospective beginning adult students may choose between group guitar or music theory classes with Daniel at Gateway Community College in New Haven. They may also choose to study with him privately from his studio in New Haven, or at the Suzuki Music School of Westport.
